The Bartlett School of Architecture - UCL

Taking centre stage at Flimwell Park is the Focal Building, a large open plan space with two levels. The Focal Building has become the epicentre of learning and teaching opportunities for The Bartlett UCL, illustrating just how architectural and woodland development can exist in an integrated and symbiotic relationship.

Hive

The Hive at Flimwell Park offers a woodland workspace suitable for all types of people to work and collaborate. From hot desking to small office spaces and even meeting rooms available to hire, The Hive has been immaculately designed and styled to boost inspiration and productivity.

The woodland environment allows local business and people to take a break from co-working, interact with like-minded individuals and be a part of the local Hive community.

Wild Iris Spa

This tranquil, two-storey, spa space overlooking the 46 acres of ancient woodland, offers an unrivalled, personalised spa experience for mind, body and soul. 

There is a wide menu of top-to-toe restorative treatments on offer, as well as manicures, pedicures, waxing, lash tinting and lifting and brow lamination also available. The spa is also home to the acclaimed Hydr02 Facial.

With a relaxation room on the top floor overlooking the trees, there’s really no rush for clients to leave after treatments. Founder Emma will ensure time at the spa makes clients feel rested, restored and reenergised for when they are ready to step back into the world.

Swole Panda

Swole Panda, is a sustainable clothing and accessories company set-up by brothers Oliver and James Slacke four years ago.

After studying alternative resources and sustainability at university, it’s now their mission to use bamboo in the making of socks, boxer shorts, scarves, watches, polo shirts and t-shirts. Ensuring affordability and sustainability are at the forefront, the brand is sold direct to consumer as well as via wholesale. Ten percent of company profits are donated to charity. 

Lepide Data Security

Lepide Data Security has a mission to ensure that companies secure all of their sensitive data through a data-centric audit and protection-based strategies. Each data security solution is individual and achieves enterprise-level data security regardless of their size, sector or budget.

The Potters Studio

The Potters Studio offers space for part-time makers, hobbyists and beginners to come together and create pottery. 

Offering memberships where people can come and develop their own skills in their own time using the in-house facilities, the Potter Studio also offers one-to-one classes, group and taster sessions.

Founded by Agata, Sugar & Shutter Photography specialises in portrait photography. Agata took time to find our niche and unique style and has since then worked with incredible artists and industry leaders to create stunning portrait photography with a truly magical touch. 

From majestic family heirloom portraits in a studio environment, to images of children in the countryside capturing their playfulness, Agata offers an unforgettable and seamless experience to produce memories that can be on show for a lifetime.

Quench Cycles

This new Bike Servicing, Repair & Tech Centre is a welcome addition to the Demo & Visitors Centre at Bedgebury Pinetum, where Quench Cycles has been for the past 15 years.

Situated close to the Flimwell crossroads and just a couple of minutes from Bedgebury, it’s conveniently situated for Quench's customers. Quench Cycles offers all types of bike maintenance and servicing and specialise in mountain bikes, as well as fork and suspension servicing.


Weald at Heart

Weald at Heart Forest School located in the ancient woodlands of Flimwell Park offers relaxed learner-led sessions to allow children to learn, explore, play and grow in a nurturing environment. Children can join in games and story-telling, hunt for mini-beasts, cook up some dinner in the mud kitchen and make a nature craft creation, which all help to develop social and literary skills all whilst having fun.
